Underwood Ammo’s standard Jacketed Hollow Point rounds are unrivaled. We use Nosler bullets which feature a tapered copper alloy jacket which extends to the rim for increased feeding and reliability. These rounds are also characterized by a form-fitted pure lead core, which allows for reliable expansion and maximum accuracy.
As with all of Underwood Ammo’s rounds, we utilize flash suppressed powder so that your vision will not be compromised if it becomes necessary to use your firearm in low light.
Nickel plated casings with our new nickel plating process provides several key benefits, not limited to but including; improved feeding in all actions of firearms, enhanced corrosion resistance over traditional brass, improved cosmetics, and ease of cleanup during reloading. Nickel plated casings will not tarnish like brass during storage or when in contact with foreign materials such as leather, moisture, and other metals.
Until the development of the Ducta-Bright 7a process, nickel plating casings often limited the number of reloads as compared to raw brass. It was claimed that nickel plated brass casings “embrittled” the brass therefor making it less desirable for reloaders despite the ease of cleanup that nickel plating offers. In addition, ammunition engineers raising concerns of using nickel plating in “very hot” +P or magnum loads found that traditional nickel plating often cracked deep-drawn cases, or worse, lead to a total failure. This new process eliminates any concern, to the shooter or reloader, of hazard or ability to re-use the brass.
While taking advantage of our state of the art testing equipment, this high performance ammunition is field tested using popular, real firearms that our customers are most likely to own out in the real world with all the elements you would experience. If for some reason Underwood Ammunition fails to meet performance expectations, we stand by our product 100% and will make sure the customer is satisfied with every purchase.
This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer primed, reloadable brass cases.

I have been around 357 mag.for a number of years, but just now getting intro to sig357.I have 2 glocks Iam shooting the 357 through.Iam very impressed with this round.I rounded up 5 different kinds of ammo, and did my own test.I gotta tell you I could not believe the difference in ammo.Iam shooting the 357 through GLOCK 27//21.SMOKEING ROUND.The underwood out performed anything else I was shooting.Iam sold.I think I will leave the sig357 barrel in the glock 27..Some nice ammo as always..Keep up the good work.
Good when Less Penetration is Desired

This is a good option when you want a conceal carry round with less penetration. Some people say the .357 sig penetrates too much for their needs while ignoring bullet selection.
Shoots clean like all Underwood ammo. Cycled perfectly.
Looking forward to shooting it

Hot-headed, volatile, potent, brash, powerful… Dominating. All thoughts ripping through my head with even concussive detonation I send screaming down range. Everyone expresses it, everyone who shoots Underwood Ammo feels it. This 115 grain .357 Sig round is no different, and potentially even stands out amongst the field of Underwood Juggernauts. Fired from a snub nosed Glock 33 – the blast is addicting and awe-inspiring.
After multiple orders and exhilarating range runs with Underwood Ammo – I had still not written a review. I don’t write reviews. I have 217 Amazon orders in 2015. I had 172 in 2014. I still have yet to reply to a single Amazon request to review a product.
But when I had an issue with an Underwood order, I called in and was told a technician would give me a call. 10 minutes later, I got a call with a superbly knowledgeable gentleman. We discussed my issue for a period of time before I realized I was talking with Kevin Underwood. (Sorry Kevin, it was late in the day and I was pretty fried by then.)
My issue was strange enough that it could have easily been dismissed, but he listened, and discussed potential remedies with me.
Bottom line, I’m sold. I’ll be a customer for life. And I’m writing my first review of 2015 for anything.
Well done Underwood Ammo!

Very smooth shooting!

These, like all Underwood Ammo, are hot! On soft targets (like cantaloupes) they provide devastating results, but they are softer shooting than the heavier rounds in the same caliber, obviously. However, these are really nice to shoot with not that bad of a recoil.
Underwood is the BEST

As with all of Underwood's products, the ammunition performs as advertised. Top quality and the shipping is FAST. I will continue to purchase and use Underwood as often as possible.
