Underwood Ammo’s bonded rounds are unrivaled in power and precision. We utilize Speer bonded bullets which employ an exclusive Uni-Cor process where they bond the jacket to the core one molecule at a time. This essentially eliminates core-jacket separation, maximizes weight retention, and allows for unparalleled penetration and controlled yet fatal expansion.
As with all of Underwood Ammo’s rounds, we utilize flash suppressed powder so that your vision will not be compromised if it becomes necessary to use your firearm in low light.
Nickel plated casings with our new nickel plating process provides several key benefits, not limited to but including; improved feeding in all actions of firearms, enhanced corrosion resistance over traditional brass, improved cosmetics, and ease of cleanup during reloading. Nickel plated casings will not tarnish like brass during storage or when in contact with foreign materials such as leather, moisture, and other metals.
While taking advantage of our state of the art testing equipment, this high performance ammunition is field tested using popular, real firearms that our customers are most likely to own out in the real world with all the elements you would experience. If for some reason Underwood Ammunition fails to meet performance expectations, we stand by our product 100% and will make sure the customer is satisfied with every purchase.
This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer primed, reloadable brass cases.

After using this I wouldn't use any other .357 Sig SD ammo.
Best of the best

Purchased this ammo for self Defense purposes. It feeds perfectly in my P226 and is very accurate. Thanks for a great product.
759 ft/lbs from a 6" 357 Sig

Chrono'd this load out of a 6" KKM barreled Glock 35. 71 degrees, 62% humidity. Out of 6 chrono'd shots, an average of 1654FPS, equating 756 ft/lbs of energy. Plus it's a bonded bullet. Holy cow. I'd love to put one of these into a block of gel to see what happens. haha.

I just got my Sig P320 in 357sig and couldn't wait to shoot it for the first time. I alternated between the 147 grains and 125 grain gold dots and wow! These are hard hitting, powerful, extremely accurate rounds. Follow up shots were no problem. Double taps no problem. Recoil was not bad at all considering how hot these are loaded. definitely my new Every Day Carry round.

Best .357 SIG Produced

This round is the best .357 SIG round manufactured today. Gold Dot bullet is excellent. Velocity and energy is what you would expect from a .357 SIG (vs other brands that are downloaded to 9mm +P levels). I carry it in all my off duty weapons.
This is Legit!

I believe that this is in general the best self-defense round for .357 sig period, and I use it as my carry round 95% of the time. This will penetrate on the deeper side of the FBI standards and will deliver a lot of energy on target. The time-tested Speer-bonded bullet will give superior performance under a variety of circumstances. If you look, there are many tests on Youtube that show this round performing exceptionally well.
If you have to defend your life, shot placement is king. However, if you do your job, you want the bullet to do its job as well. This round is simply going to deliver results more consistently than others.
This round has a solid recoil as expected but I found it was acceptable. This shoots nice and clean just like all Underwood Ammo.
Very stout round

This round is everything Underwood says it is. I had been looking for a carry round that hadn't been neutered down to 1300 FPS. After watching some gel tests I ordered these to run through my Glock 32 to make sure it cycled and such. Feeds flawlessly and averaged 1515 FPS on a chronograph. 50 rounds from 3 different batches. Never a single issue.
Price, Power and Performance

I tried to get Underwood to reveal their secret but they keep that information close to their vest. I as a reloader cannot achieve this level of performance. The 357 sig was designed to equal 357 mag performance but soon was neutered by ammo manufactures to the point of being a 9mm +P. Underwood has brought back the punch and done it with style. The recoil is mild out of my Glock 22 with conversion barrel, less than my 40 S&W from a Glock 23. The highly rated Gold Dot bullet easily penetrated a metal frying pan I used for a target and buried deep in the wood pile backing. I wish I did a more scientific test but I truly believe this performance will rank in the top 3 among ammo currently available. I ordered direct from Underwood and the prices are considerably lower than the other manufactures offerings. Save your time and money and get Underwood for your 357 Sig. So it's back to the drawing board for me to figure out how they do it.
